Hi, I'm Kylie Gallagher, a fitness professional with over 15 years experience helping real people get the results they want, through personal fitness training, group exercise and online fitness and nutrition programmes.

 

I’ve helped so many people of all ages, shapes and sizes improve their health and lifestyle, through sustainable exercise and eating advice, so whether your just starting out, looking to get back into exercise, training for a specific sport or event or even if your a professional athlete, rest assured I have the experience to help you achieve your goals. 

 

As a mum of two young children, I understand the pressures of fitting regular exercise or time for your own well being into a busy home life, that's where I can help make your exercise or eating as effective as possible.

  • Level 2 Exercise To Music

  • Level 4 Nutrition Qualification

  • Level 4 Obesity and Weight Management Qualification

  • BA Honors Degree in Sport & Exercise Coaching

  • Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist
