Do you live a busy life, with little time to exercise? Or perhaps you train without getting the results you desire? 

 

Then my personalised training plan is for you! Your tailored, seven day, training plan includes an initial consusltation, so I can understand a little more about you. Including, how active you are, any injuries or medical conditions you have, what you want to achieve and most of all, what exercise you enjoy! 

 

You'll then  recieve your seven day training plan as an e-book, along with guidence of how to carry out all the exercises.

 

Additional plan updates are available at an additional cost, so you can vary your eating around the time of year, chanages in your level of activity or weight loss.

Then my personalised meal plan is for you! Your tailored, seven day, meal plan includes an initial consultation, so I can understand what you like to what you don't, any special requirements and  how active you are. You'll then  receive your seven day plan as an e-book, along with all the recipes.
