Including, how active you are, any injuries or medical conditions you have, what you want to achieve and most of all, what exercise you enjoy!
You'll then recieve your seven day training plan as an e-book, along with guidence of how to carry out all the exercises.
Additional plan updates are available at an additional cost, so you can vary your eating around the time of year, chanages in your level of activity or weight loss.
