Our one day retreats are specially designed to target issues which affect all our health and wellbeing. We are confident that you leave us fitter, healthier and happier than when you arrived, but just as importantly, you will be equipped with the tools and resources you need to maintain momentum and regain control of your wellbeing.

 

Over the course of your fitness retreat you will enjoy a variety of exercise sessions, including cardio, resistance, core and stretch all provided by our friendly, knowledgeable and supportive team of trainers, who are qualified in all aspects of these disciplines.

The sessions we teach on each retreat vary, but sessions you can expect include, circuits, boxfit, kettlebells, yoga, HIIT and interval training, meditation and mindfulness as well as outdoor runs and walks in the countryside around the venue.

Our retreats aren't all about fitness, nutrition and eating well is just as important to how we feel on the inside both physically and mentally. At our retreats, all clients will have the opportunity to work with us to establish optimum calories and nutritional needs through structured sessions which are carefully designed to support you to achieve your goal.

Healthy refreshments and a  delicious, freshly prepared lunch will also be prepared to your dietary requirements, plus, all participants will go away with a complimentary gift box and money off voucher which can be used when purchasing my Sweet Enough Plan.

 

Our retreats are hosted at a variety of locations and venues in the heart of the stunning Staffordshire countryside.
