Then my personalised meal plan is for you! Your tailored, seven day, meal plan includes an initial consusltation, so I can understand what you like to what you dont, any special requirements and  how active you are. You'll then  recieve your seven day plan as an e-book, along with all the recipes.

​Additional plan updates are available at an additional cost, so you can vary your eating around the time of year, chanages in your level of activity or weight loss.

Personalised Training Plan
